After Halfdan Hertzberg, (1857-1890) a BRONZE FIGURE of a whistling young man, the plaque with “Siffleur Exposition – 1889”, the realistic “pavement” base signed “Hertzberg” and raised upon a stepped base, overall height 30.5cm.
