An outstanding silver two-handled CUP AND COVER, by Mappin Brothers, London 1899, of bulbous form, hand hammered and embossed in high relief with a broad band of foliage, upon a squat stepped circular foot, the Cover with minor repair to the rim and with pineapple finial, 30cm high, weighs 1741grams.
